Meet Eric, Florence, and Lucie Guillemard as they welcome us to Domaine de la Roche Aigue in Burgundy, where they’ve been working as a family since 1993. They share their decision to use Sübr micro-natural closure without polyurethane glue to prevent any unwanted flavors in their wines.
