Vinventions publishes its 13th Corporate Social Responsibility Report. Structured in line with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and prepared with the support of Deloitte, it covers the Group’s environmental and social performance from 1 January to 31 December 2025.
A more complete picture
More than 25 years after the launch of NOMACORC in 1999, Vinventions continues to combine closure performance with environmental responsibility. In 2025, the company took two steps to measure its impact more completely:
- A broader scope: two new sites join the report, Yantai (China) and Wellington (South Africa).
- A first Scope 3 assessment: for the first time, Vinventions has measured the indirect emissions of its full value chain. Scope 3 represents 92.4% of the Group’s total footprint, and 88% of it comes from purchased goods and services, mainly aluminium.
It is about measuring our impact, recognising where challenges remain and being transparent about the work still ahead of us.

Innovation with purpose
In 2025, Vinventions rolled out NOMACORC Pops, its first net zero carbon footprint closure for sparkling wines. In November, it launched NOMACORC nolow, a closure made from bio-based raw materials and designed specifically for no- and low-alcohol wines.
The NOMACORC Blue Line once again earned the Net Zero Plastic to Nature certification, delivered by South Pole, through the long-standing partnership with Second Life. The carbon footprint of the NOMACORC Green Line is assessed under ISO 14067 and certified by South Pole.
