For the past four years, Vinventions’ Enology team has been organizing technical webinars under the Wine Quality Solutions banner, the enological service brand of Vinventions. More than 15 years of research in enology have enabled us to acquire a unique expertise in oxygen and polyphenol management and to support producers in better managing their wines’ shelf-life.

In 2021, a new series of webinars is being proposed to you for our experts to share with you their scientific and technical knowledge on this subject.

For this first webinar, we have focused on the impact of closure oxygen ingress on the aromatic evolution of the wines during their preservation. We have presented you how to choose this closure permeability to get closer to the desired sensory profile when opening the bottle.
