Your mission:

As part of the Customer Service team, you will be the key point of contact to ensure strong and lasting commercial relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer requests via email and phone
  • Managing orders from entry to invoicing
  • Verifying product availability and coordinating with warehouses and production sites
  • Following up on shipments in collaboration with carriers
  • Acting as the liaison between customers and internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Accounting, Production, Quality, Marketing)
  • Providing additional commercial support and post-sales customer care

Who we’re looking for:

A dynamic and motivated individual who can quickly integrate into the team and is eager to grow professionally. Ideally, you possess the following:

  • Excellent command ofItalian and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player, adaptable, and stress-resistant
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in IT tools (ERP knowledge is a plus)
